These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and axas888 ("axas888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the axas888 website at https://axas888.cam and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports wagering, live dealer games, promotions, and customer support.

To register and maintain an Account on axas888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

Registration on axas888 is free of charge. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different identity details — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must keep this information current by updating it promptly via your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account credentials;
• Notifying axas888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

axas888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, axas888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any software not expressly authorised by axas888;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any Platform software;
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Platform's infrastructure;

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.

All wagers placed on axas888 are final once confirmed. axas888 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or evident exploitation of an error in the Platform.

axas888 operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Deposits: The following deposit methods are supported on axas888:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform. axas888 does not charge Members for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of axas888.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

axas888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

axas888 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards to eligible Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside that promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits.

General bonus conditions applicable to all axas888 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds will be credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• axas888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or reclaim bonus funds at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on axas888 and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, use of VPNs to circumvent regional restrictions, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of illegal activity. axas888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, betting algorithms, arbitrage software, or any automation tool not explicitly permitted by axas888.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an Account. All fraudulent deposits will be reversed and the relevant authorities notified.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.

axas888 reserves the right to investigate any Account activity that appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour, and to take such action as it deems appropriate including, without limitation, withholding funds pending investigation.

All content on the axas888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual materials — is the property of axas888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited licence to view and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the permitted use of the Platform. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written permission of axas888.

The axas888 name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary marks of axas888. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, axas888 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or Force Majeure events beyond axas888's reasonable control;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market data caused by third-party data feed errors, provided that axas888 acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

axas888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit axas888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

axas888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the prescribed timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Self-exclusion request by the Member;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet qualifying for withdrawal) will be returned to the Member via the same payment method used for the original deposit, within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of a dispute, axas888 encourages Members to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes relating to account balances, withdrawal processing, or bonus conditions can be resolved promptly by our support team.

If an informal resolution is not possible, the parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Details of the applicable mediation process will be provided upon written request.
